About DrinkKnird

DrinkKnird is a small publication for people who like to cook and mix drinks at home. It is run by Chris through iScream Studio, Inc. The on-site voice is TheKnird. The project exists because food and drink culture moves quickly—and home cooks still need clear methods, honest sourcing, and context that is useful at the stove or the bar.

What you will find here: recipes you can actually make, holiday collections, food and drink history, events worth knowing about, and a few practical kitchen tools. When a recipe is researched from published specifications and secondary sources, we say so. We do not invent culinary credentials, pretend every dish was kitchen-tested here, or call something “the best” without evidence.
